1. Who We Are

Frame Recipes ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Yang Linhua, an individual based in Jinjiang, Fujian, People's Republic of China. Contact: support@framerecipes.com.

Billing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem. Charges on your bank or card statement may appear under Creem's name.

2. What We Sell

We sell unlock codes that grant access to a library of digital in-camera color settings ("Recipes") inside our web application at framerecipes.com. Recipes are configuration values (film simulation, white balance, tone curves, etc.) that you enter manually into your camera. They are not software, not firmware, and not Lightroom or other editing presets. No physical product is shipped.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Unlock Codes & Access

• 4.1 When you complete a purchase, your personal unlock code is delivered instantly on the thank-you page and by email. Entering the code in our web application unlocks the full Recipe library on that device/browser.
• 4.2 One code = one person. Your code is personal, confidential and non-transferable. Do not share, publish, resell or transfer your code or the Recipes to others.
• 4.3 Keep your code and order confirmation email safe. If you lose your code, contact us with your order number and we will re-send it.
• 4.4 The unlock is tied to your browser's local storage. Clearing your browser data removes the unlock — just re-enter the same code to restore it.

5. License (What You May and May Not Do)

5.1 We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Recipes for your own personal, non-commercial photography.

5.2 You MAY: enter the settings into your own camera(s); shoot and publish photos taken with them; print and share photos you took.

5.3 You MUST NOT:

• (a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publish the Recipes themselves (including as PDFs, text files, spreadsheets, screenshots of setting tables, or inside an app or other product);
• (b) post the full setting values publicly (blog, forum, social media, video description, Discord, etc.);
• (c) share your unlock code or use it to set up access for others;
• (d) use the Recipes to create a competing product or service, or systematically scrape the library.

5.4 Breach of 5.3 may result in revocation of your license without refund.

6. Pricing & Payment

• 6.1 The full library unlock is a one-time purchase of USD $15. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel — pay once, keep the unlock.
• 6.2 Prices are shown in USD and may change. Changes do not affect completed purchases.
• 6.3 Payment is processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. By placing an order you also agree to Creem's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• 6.4 You are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees imposed by your bank or country on the transaction.

7. Refunds

Our refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, there is no statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun with your consent.

8. Delivery & Technical Requirements

• 8.1 Unlock codes are delivered instantly via the thank-you page and by email. If you don't receive the email, check spam or contact us.
• 8.2 Recipes must be entered manually into your camera, following the setup guide included in the application.
• 8.3 We do not guarantee that a Recipe will produce identical results on your camera. Results vary by camera model, firmware version, lens, and lighting conditions. Each Recipe includes notes on where it works best.

9. No Affiliation Disclaimer

Frame Recipes is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FUJIFILM Corporation, Sony Group Corporation, Ricoh Company Ltd., or any other camera manufacturer. All camera brand names, model names, film simulation names (including but not limited to FUJIFILM, X Series, GFX, Classic Chrome, Classic Neg., Velvia, ASTIA, PROVIA, ACROS, ETERNA, Sony Creative Look, Ricoh Custom Image) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive, nominative purposes to indicate compatibility.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Recipes are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Recipes will meet your requirements or produce specific results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frame Recipes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase giving rise to the claim.

12. Intellectual Property

All Recipes, text, layout, and design are our property or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. Except for the license in Section 5, no rights are granted.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 5, 7, 9–15 survive termination.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation; failing that, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Quanzhou, Fujian, China. Nothing in this section limits your right to bring a claim in your country of residence where mandatory consumer protection laws apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
